Wednesday Drinks : Smores Martini

Smores, oh how I love them.
In fact I am still mourning the loss of Suddenly Smores.
Of course, I can make trays of them but it’s hard to stop with just one.

Luckily, lifestyle and entertaining expert Mindy Kobrin was nice enough to come up with a Smore drink recipe for me. This tasty treat satisfies my taste buds and doesn’t involve turning on the oven.
S'Mores Martini

Delicious looking eh?
And it’s easy to make!!

S’MORES MARTINI

1½ shots Godiva chocolate liqueur
1½ shots creme de cacao
½ cup chocolate milk
1 shot vodka
2½ shots half-and-half
¼ cup ground graham-crackers
Option: garnish with a skewer of mini-marshmallows

Pour ground graham-crackers in a shallow dish. Set aside. Coat rim of chilled martini glasses with chocolate liqueur then dip martini glass rim into graham-crackers. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into prepared martini glasses. Garnish with skewered mini-marshmallows.

Thanks Mindy!

  1. Oh. My. Word. I know what the signature cocktail will be at my next event. YUM! I may have to see if I can get a bartender to make this for me at Blissdom.

  3. Yum! I have Godiva chocolate liquor and have had no clue what to do with it!
