Thanks to Nudges’ healthy dog treats, my dog Peanut Butter is all prepped for the fourth of July!
Judging by the crazy amount of red, white, and blue at my local stores, Fourth of July has turned into one of those week long holidays! Though it’s a ton of fun, it can be a tough time for our canine friends. Did you know that July 4th is the largest day for dogs to run away due to being scared and overwhelmed?
Fortunately, there is a lot you can do to prepare them. This year we are being especially careful as we have a foster dog for a few days and we can’t crate her like we normally do with our Peanut. So I was thrilled that Nudges sent me to find their healthy dog treats. These dog treats are made in USA and are basically chicken jerky for dogs. Honestly, they look really good. I love jerky and had to stop myself from taking a chomp out of one! They even smelled good!
One of the best features is that they tear easily so we were able to use them with tiny Peanut and our bigger foster Zoe. Want to see them in action and how we are preparing both dogs for the 4th? On Instagram, seearch the #NudgesMoments hashtag for more safety tips and cute dog pictures! I will be sharing some all week!
