Dear Toyota, Can I Keep the Prius C?

So this is supposed to be a review of the Prius C. But I feel totally unprofessional because I can’t think of a bad thing to say about it. What can I say? It was love at first sight.

Let’s go back a bit….

About two months ago, I got an email from the Clever Girls Collective inviting my to join the Toyota Women Influence Network (TWIN.) Faster than a cowgirl could say “golly gee” I was emailing YES back to them. You see, I have always loved Toyota, especially the Prius line. My husband and I have an almost weird obsession with the environment and our dream car is a hybrid.

When Toyota flew the TWIN group out to Los Angeles to see their headquarters (I know!), we got a chance to tour their museum. There I fell in love with the vintage ToyoPet and have been obsessed about owning a Toyota since then.

Luckily for me, Toyota made my dream come true.
Well for a week at least.

Last Tuesday, a shiny new Prius C was dropped off at my door. Since then I have been crushing hard. I haven’t used a lick of gas, I can blast the air as much as I want, and it has satellite radio. Not to mention that there is nothing cooler than being able to turn off a car with a push of a button. It makes me feel like Judy Jetson.

Really, I am struggling to come up with a downside here. I guess the backseat is kind of small. I wouldn’t want to take a road trip in it.

Besides that, my crush is pretty much perfect. I just wish I didn’t have to get it back.
At least we have the drive to the St. Louis airport together.

Disclosure: I am part of the Toyota Women Influence Network. I have not been compensated for this post. Opinions are my own.

  1. You don’t need to struggle because there is no downside!
