Birthday Cake Cookies, For Any Day of the Year

Sometimes you have a tough day. Sometimes the only thing to do is make the world’s simplest cookie recipe: cake mix cookies. Since my girls are obsessed with celebrating EVERYTHING with a birthday cake (Mother’s Day, let’s make a birthday cake… they are a little unclear on the concept), I invented the birthday cake cookie tradition. Now everyday can be your birthday, no candles required.
